Turnaround time for orders

For in stock items we aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product. A tracking number will be sent to you once the package has been posted. If you need it earlier please contact us so we can help you with a solution. 

Shipping and Postage Times

All canopies, bedding and most toys are shipped from our warehouse based in Brisbane, QLD. Postage times will differ depending where you are based. 

Usually Western States will receive their items 7-10 business days after dispatch. South Australia 5-8 business days and Eastern Australian customers 1-4 business days. Please allow extra time if you live rurally. Covid delays have made these timelines very hard to predict and we are increasingly seeing more delays. 

All shipping over $200 will automatically be shipped with Signature on delivery. If you wish to give an authority to leave the parcel please note this on your order. Verde Baby takes no responsibility if you authorise the parcel be left with an Authority to leave. 

Playmats, Beaded Chandeliers & some Art prints are made to order and therefore are shipped directly from the supplier, all based on the East Coast of Australia.

Please ensure you have entered the correct postal address in your order as you will be liable for any extra costs incurred as a result of the incorrect postal address. If an address has been entered incorrectly by us, we will cover these postage costs. 

Returns and Exchanges

When choosing your products, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for simple change of mind. Refunds are only given if the products are faulty, we are also unable to offer exchange or refund if the order is more than 6 months old. 

If you have purchased an item that doesn't suit your needs, this item can be returned to us in original condition, and a store credit will be applied to your account for the amount of the product. 

You will be responsible for paying for all refund fees and shipping costs including return shipping and re-postage of the item (unless item is faulty). All return shipping is to be sent with tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Should an item be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be provided to you. Cost of return postage for faulty items will also be covered by us.

Please ensure that with any returns or exchanges, you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

Blond Noir Decals Returns:

Due to the bespoke nature of this product, we do not accept returns. We are unable to accept returns due to wall damage, decals that have been damaged and no longer stick or decals that don’t stick on a customer’s wall. We suggest all customers purchase a Sample Pack to test decals before purchasing a larger decal pack. If you would like us to consider a return outside of the above issues, please contact us to discuss prior to accepting the return.
