Return and Exchanges
When choosing your products, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for simple change of mind.
If you have purchased an item that doesn't fit correctly, this item can be returned to us in original condition, and a store credit applied to your account for the amount of the product.
Should an item be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be provided to you. Cost of return postage for faulty items will also be covered by us.
Please ensure that with any returns or exchanges, you contact us with in 30 days of receiving your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless item is faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
